Description

Ex-vivo pig brain tissue stained with 0.1% Acriflavin was scanned with a Z 1800 confocal miniprobe (Cellvizio, Mauna Kea Technologies, Paris). The miniprobe was actuated with the Kinesis® K-Cube™ Stepper Motor Controller (Thorlabs, USA) within a distance range of 400 μm and −400 μm from the tissue surface with step size 5 μm. In total, 62 pCLE videos and corresponding pCLE probe positions have been collected from independent samples. The ground truth optimal scanning position was determined first as the position of the pCLE frame with minimum blur, followed by visual verification from an expert neurosurgeon.

The total pCLE Regression Dataset (PRD dataset) is compressed in PRD_dataset.zip. There are 50 videos (7539 frames) for training and 12 videos (1706 frames) for testing.

The train_dataset.json and test_dataset.json are the dictionary for training and testing dataset selection.
