Ice Age effects on genetic divergence of the American crocodile (Crocodylus acutus) in Panama: reconstructing limits of gene flow and environmental ranges: A reply to O'Dea et al
Description
R Code to explore the bioclimatic profile of the species we used point observations and extracted the values of the 8 bioclimatic variables from WorldClim 2 (Fick and Hijmans, 2017) and of each locality, at a resolution of 30 arc seconds and PaleoClim (Brown et al. 2018) with a resolution of 2.5 arc seconds. We used R V.3.6.1 (R Core Team, 2021) and the packages DISMO V.1.3 (Hijmans et al. 2020) and MAPTOOLS V.1.2 (Bivan & Lewin-Kohn,2021).
