Screening and validation of plasma cell-derived, purinergic and calcium signaling-related gene signatures to predict prognosis and PD-L1/PD-1 blockade responses in lung adenocarcinoma
Description
Screening of immune-related crucial genes facilitate the understanding of oncogenic mechanisms in lung adenocarcinoma. In this study we identified two immune-related genes, P2RX1 (purinergic receptor P2RX 1) and PCP4 (purkinje cell protein 4), which are plasma cell-derived and functionally associated with purinergic and calcium signaling. A powerful risk model based on the two genes contribute to predict PDL1/PD1 blockade response and clinical outcomes of lung adenocarcinoma.
