This data repository contains all data and code needed to rerun the RNA-seq analyses of the paper by Downey et al. on the hypo-osmotic stress response of Cyclotella cryptica over time. All RNA-seq data are available through the National Institutes of Health Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) under accession number GSE206725. Further details can be found in the README-file.
