Description

This is intended to hold the databases for Pharokka (https://github.com/gbouras13/pharokka) 

It includes the PHROGs database, and mmseqs2 compatible versions of the CARD and VFDB databases.

Notes

Please use this database if you are running pharokka v1.0.0 or later. If you are using an earlier version of pharokka, please use install_databases.py installed with with those versions
