استدامة المالية العمومية بالمغرب: رافعة من أجل الحكامة الميزانياتية

في المغرب، لا زال تدبير المالية العمومية يعتريه العديد من الاختلالات التي تضعف من نجاعتها وفعاليتها، وتحد من آثر النفقات العمومية على الاقتصاد والمجتمع، وهي الوضعية التي تؤدي الى عجز هيكلي للميزانية العامة مما ينتج عنه ارتفاع متواصل للدين العمومي.
