Number of identified specimens of black rat (Rattus rattus) skeletal elements recovered from the early Islamic period shipwreck Ma'agan Mikhael B (Israel). Dataset includes catalogue number, skeletal element, side, part, epiphyseal fusion status, and tooth wear stage (TWS; following Armitage in Morales & Rodríguez [1997]).
***Version 2 added two new specimens from the September 2022 excavation season.
