Updated 4DCT(MRI)

Code for generating a synthetic 4DCT(MRI) from a reference CT and a 4DMRI or moving mesh data.

This is the updated version of the code for 4DCT(MRI) generation including ribcage motion and density scaling [1]. The previous version [2] can still be found at 10.5281/zenodo.5010964.
