MASP/QC STORY APPLICATION IN WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT

The inventory management Tprovides a security of supply to organizations, besides the improvement of their costs. But there are companies that don’t care about their warehouses that are why they have financial losses, physical reduction of their space and other problems. In the maintenance department at Motorcycle Company, the turnover parts are low, that is why they have some problems as lack of physical space. T h is d e p a rtme n t created a working group in order to investigate and solve the problem. That team used the QC Story in order to implement improvements at the maintenance warehouse and increase the turnover parts.
