The in-house developed MATLAB script to convert the reconstructed 16-bit slices (.tiff) to 8-bit slices (.bmp or .jpg), while simultaneously windowing the histogram range to the dynamic range of the dataset is available at: https://github.com/contrast-team/histogram-windowing .
