Study on Laminar Flow by Forced Convection Through a Pipe

Description

There are phenomena present in our environment that can't be fully assessed effectively using human numerical calculations. One of those phenomena is fluid dynamics. Software-based simulation is used to thoroughly assess the dynamics related to fluid flowing through a pipe and heat transfer during the operation. Here, the simulation program COMSOL Multiphysics 3.5a was utilized to analyze this occurrence. In this study, the finite element approach is primarily employed to analyze the thermal and hydrodynamic profiles produced by the laminar flow of air and water through a pipe. For the scenario outlined, changes in performance metrics throughout the pipe are also evaluated in an isoflux state.
