Abstract:

Education is sometimes seen as a sector that is resistant to change, even though it is experiencing productivity and efficiency problems. In times of budget constraints and increased demand, innovation could assist improve education quality while also providing more "bang for the buck." Any society's growth and progress are powered by education. It is responsible for developing human capital, which nurtures, drives, and sets technical innovation and economic progress and imparts knowledge, and skills, and instills values. Education is a beacon that points humanity in the correct direction. The goal of education is to help students develop rational thinking, knowledge, and self-sufficiency in addition to literacy. This study aims to propose some creative teaching strategies that can be used to transfer knowledge to students. This paper aims to assess traditional teaching methods as well as multimedia teaching methods and suggest other beneficial teaching methods that can be used to convey knowledge to students. There are two major components to teaching: sending and receiving information. Finally, a teacher does his utmost to communicate knowledge in the manner in which he perceives it. As a result, any communication strategies that do this without detracting from the goal could be deemed innovative teaching approaches. Innovative educational approaches have the potential to improve education and empower people, strengthen governance, and galvanize efforts to attain the country's human development goal.
