DESIGN AND CREATION OF AN AUTOMATED INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR EVALUATING THE QUALIFICATIONS OF BANK EMPLOYEES AND PASSING THEIR ATTESTATION

In this article, the processes of hiring new employees in the banking sector, evaluating the qualifications of bank employees, passing their certification and promotion, considered the issue of designing their automated information system and creating a software package. Thanks to the developed information system, the selection of qualified employees, the correct assessment of their knowledge and skills for appointment to suitable positions, as well as the quick and easy implementation of these processes, have been established. The stages of ensuring the information security of the system created in the article, the development of the system database are shown.
