• increased configurability: co-assembly mode for using shorter contigs if more samples' depth information is available, choice to mask potentially disruptive sequences, choice to remove contigs based on Nx, choice to extract single-contig bins first, set binning parameters
• wrapper: ensure conda functionality, allow user download of database
• bonus: the default settings should yield improved binning results compared to previous versions
