Conceptual approaches to the development of inclusive education aim at the formation of scientific foundations, personnel, methodological potential of specialists to ensure the availability of quality education to people with special educational needs. An important stage in the implementation of inclusion is psychological changes and the level of professional competencies of teachers. The results of a study of the motivation of teachers of general education institutions to organize inclusive education in the course of mastering a modular program to improve their professional qualifications are analyzed.
