In the very dry continents, like Australia, it has always been a challenge for the water supply organizations to face the water demand. Furthermore, the demand is increasing day by day resulting from numerous factors. This literature-based study highlights the necessity for resilience in innovation capabilities in the Australian water utilities. The study established a strong integration between innovative capabilities and water service delivery in the Australian context.
