Description

Case Report Form (CRF), used in the publication Cognitive Behavioral Intervention And Mental Status Examination Of Neurotypical Young Adults (Martins, Martins, Barros and Simões, 2022). The CRF comprises the instruments used in the standardized and structured clinical interview, showing the items evaluated on each psychological scale and the questions posed to the participants for each self-report measure.
