Raw microcopy data used to generate the figures in the paper "An optimized buffer for repeatable Multicolor STORM"
Camera: Orca Fusion binning 2x2 readout speed 1
Objective 100x/1.3 (Olympus) -> Effective pixel size 130x130 nm
Expected Conversion factor according to spec sheet: 0.21 electrons/count
Notes
Version 2:
-We replaced the dataset for Fig8-CF568 since we realized we uploaded the first part of the dataset where the molecular density is high rather than the second part of the dataset, which is the one we used to make figure 8.
-We added the dataset used to generate figS10
-We added the image pairs used to generate the FRC measurements.
-We zipped the 4 datasest used to generate fig8 & Figs10 to stay below the 50go threshold
