Description
Micropeneta excavatifrons Pic, 1921
(Fig. 3)
New record. Borneo, Sarawak, Mt. Poi, 5000 ft. (= 1525 m), without date, leg. E. Mjöberg (labelled as Mjoberg), 4 ♂♂, 5 ♀♀ NHMUK, 2 ♂♂ SMNS.
Remarks. Type locality is Sumatra. See also key in Kaszab (1978). Male head and pronotum, antenna and aedeagus of a non-type from Borneo are figured by Schawaller (1994).
