Carbon steel is widely available and affordable, and it possesses all of the material properties required for a variety of applications. Carbon steel is heat treated to increase ductility, toughness, strength, hardness, and tensile strength while also relieving internal stress. The harness and ultimate tensile strength experiment is being conducted in order to get a better knowledge of heat treated low and high carbon steel, which has a wide range of industrial and research uses.
