The innovation field faced an important growth in the latest years according to their importance in the both microeconomic and macroeconomic level. The most important for us is the microeconomic one. The human capital is the engine of the creation in the firm, and the leaders are the creators of the innovation wave in the firm. In this paper, we try to clarify the relation between the human capital, leadership to push the firms to innovate and to sustain in the innovation
