Combined Angiography and Perfusion using Radial Imaging and Arterial Spin Labeling (CAPRIA) Tools: Version 2.0.0

The second release of CAPRIA/CAPRIA+S tools from GitHub. This release incorporates updates to accommodate the CAPRIA+S approach, including structural images. It also includes tools for quantifying physiological/tissue parameters from angiographic, perfusion and structural images. A preprint describing this approach can be found here and the full paper, once published, will be available here. Data and scripts to reproduce the figures in the paper can be found here.
