SOME FEATURES OF THE RIGHT TO LEGAL ASSISTANCE IN THE CONTEXT OF CONSTITUTIONAL AND LEGAL REFORMS

In this scientific article, based on the study of the opinions of famous jurists, the Constitution and legislation of the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation, the features of the right to receive legal assistance are revealed. In particular, the concept of “advocacy”, as well as the features of advocacy and the provision of free legal assistance, are presented.
