University-of-Reading-Space-Science/HUXt: HUXt 4.0

This version of HUXt includes many newly developed features and significant refactoring of the code. New functionality includes importing boundary conditions from a wider range of coronal models (WSA, PFSS) and observational techqniques (OMNI data and Coronal Tomography). HUXt can now be configured to run with fully time-dependent boundary conditions, which allows it to be driven by in-situ solar wind time series (such as from OMNI). Further more, functions have been added to trace streaklines of the flow solutions, from which it is possible to track the heliospehric current sheet and the polarity of the heliospehric magnetic field. All these changes are summarised in the changelog, and examples of new functionality are given in the examples notebook.
