On April 23, 2022, the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) and National Health Authority (NHA) of India released a consultation paper on its proposed Health Data Management policy (HDMP), a critical building block of the national digital health ecosystem under development. In response to this request for public comments, domain experts from St. John's Research Institute, ThoughtWorks India, Clinikk and the India Digital Health Network (IDHN) at Harvard's Lakshmi Mittal South Asia Institute submitted a response.
