Figure 66. Reference tree (A) with the highest global topological similarity and nodal stability (implied-weights parsimony, with k = 13.56554), obtained by pairwise comparisons of the 11 tested trees organized in descending order of their average element-based comparison scores (B) and in ascending order of the standard deviation of the element-based comparison scores (C). The root taxon (Beryx splendens) is not represented in this tree.
