NET DESIGNER: A visual tool for writing nuclear networks for MESA and other network codes

Designing nuclear networks tailored to specific stellar environments depends greatly on the relative
processes that are expected to occur. This activity can be difficult without the context of the chart
of nuclides and stability references. This tool allows a user to choose included isotopes visually by
identifying them in the chart of nuclides, which then converts them to the format required by the
stellar evolution code MESA and other network codes.
