Description
The article represents a theoretical study that elucidates some aspects of the formation of pedagogical culture in the context of teacher professionalization, namely: specifying the object and major objective of this process; identifying and describing the perspective axes of the training theory; presenting the structure of a teacher’s cognitive system; presenting the characteristics of the cognitive architecture of a pedagogical university education; delimiting the conditions for increasing the efficiency of teachers’ professionalization; specifying the importance of practical activities, self-improvement, self-updating, and the types of learning that need to be developed in trainee teachers.
