Evaluasi Program Pembinaan Bulu Tangkis di Kabupaten Banyuasin

This study aims to : 1) analyze the background, objectives, and objectives of the development of PBSI Banyuasin Regency, 2) knowing the suitability of the quality and quantity of management, athletes, and trainers in supporting the training program, 3) knowing the performance of the trainer and management in running the training program and Coaching, and 4) knowing the achievements of athletes and coaches during the coaching process. This type of research is a qualitative research with the CIPP evaluation model. The research subjects in this study were eight people consisting of four administrators, two trainers and two athletes from PBSI in Banyuasin Regency. Data collection using observations, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis used is data collection, data reduction, data review and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are the analysis of the context of the Banyuasin Regency PBSI management development program achieved conditional success criteria with the percentage of respondents' answers of 68%, for input analysis to achieve successful criteria with the percentage of answers of 72%, process analysis achieved the criteria for conditional cermination with a percentage of 61%, and analysis The product reaches a conditional criterion with a percentage level of 65%, so that the evaluation of the evaluation of the Banyuasin Regency PBSI Branch Management Development Program reaches a conditional criterion with a percentage rate of 65.5%. This shows that PBSI has a fairly good level of success, PBSI input analysis in Banyuasin Regency has a good level of success, PBSI process analysis in Banyuasin Regency has a fairly good success rate, and PBSI product analysis in Banyuasin Regency has a success rate with conditions.
