The concept of formation of innovative entrepreneurship in the conditions of libertary

Relevance of the research topic. The trends that are currently taking place in the system of the
national economy are not always positive. Political, socio–economic instability requires the formation
of an updated state policy for regulating the innovative development of entrepreneurship. Such a policy
should take into account European standards for supporting innovative business activities, but taking
into account the realities of the domestic economic system.
Formulation of the problem. In modern scientific thought, the idea of forming a modern concept
of innovative development of entrepreneurship is not sufficiently developed. There is a need to revise
the problems of forming a policy to stimulate innovation, taking into account the current state of
development of the institutional system.
Setting goals and objectives of the study – to offer a basis for the concept of formation of
innovative entrepreneurship.
Research method or methodology. The article uses the methods of induction, deduction,
analytical, abstraction, concretization, systematization, formalization, analysis, synthesis.

Presentation of the main material (research results). The concept of formation of innovative
entrepreneurship in the conditions of libertarianism is proposed. The tools and conditions for its implementation are determined. The expected results of its implementation in the national economy are clarified.
Field of application of results. The concept of the formation of innovative entrepreneurship in the
conditions of libertarianism can be used in their practical activities by entrepreneurs and statesmen.
The ideas of its formation can be supplemented and developed by other domestic or foreign scientists.
Conclusions on the article. The architectonics of the concept of formation of innovative
entrepreneurship in the conditions of libertarianism has been formed. The main directions of its
formation and implementation in the system of the national economy are proposed.
