IMPROVEMENT OF LEGISLATION IN THE FIELD OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

This article discusses the issues of assessing the regulatory impact of
regulatory legal acts in the field of intellectual property on the example of such an object
of intellectual property as know-how.
In the course of the study, the positive experience of foreign countries in this area
was studied, relevant proposals were made to improve the current legislation.
