TRABAJO A DISTANCIA Y TELETRABAJO: UNA EXPERIENCIA EN EL BANCO POPULAR DE AHORRO DE VILLA CLARA

Resumen

El contexto impuesto por la pandemia COVID-19, la implementación de la unificación monetaria y cambiaria en el sistema empresarial y las nuevas regulaciones laborales emitidas por el Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social en Cuba, han abierto el camino para incursionar en nuevas formas de organización del trabajo como lo son el trabajo a distancia y el teletrabajo. El objetivo del artículo es establecer las pautas para la implementación del teletrabajo y trabajo a distancia en la Dirección Provincial del Banco Popular de Ahorro (BPA) en Villa Clara. Se parte de un estudio de clima laboral, de la aplicación de un instrumento metodológico para la solución del problema de investigación y de la determinación del Índice de Satisfacción Grupal (ISG) aplicando la técnica Iadov.

The context imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the implementation of monetary and exchange unification in the business system and the new labor regulations issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security in Cuba, have opened the way to venture into new forms of organization of work such as remote work and teleworking. The objective of the article is to establish the guidelines for the implementation of teleworking and remote work in the Provincial Directorate of the Banco Popular de Ahorro (BPA) in Villa Clara. It is based on a study of work environment, the application of a methodological instrument for the solution of the research problem and the determination of the Group Satisfaction Index (ISG) applying the Iadov technique.
