Abstract

The birth of the internet provided consumers with an entirely new experience in terms of acquiring information, comparing items or prices, and the ability to make purchases through the use of the internet. As a result, consumer behavior is an important factor for marketers/ online sellers. To predict online shopping buying behavior, Online sellers must first understand how Filipino youth behave online especially now that we're experiencing this Covid- 19 pandemic situation. This paper aims to investigate studies conducted by some researchers in order to determine what online shopping consumers utilize at different stages of the buying decision process. This research will also help researchers better understand why and how online shopping consumers make purchasing decisions during pandemic. This research paper investigated the impact of Covid-19 pandemic on Filipino youth’s buying behavior towards online shopping.
