Piperidino- and diethylamino-acetyl-I-arninoanthraciiiinones, piperidino- and diethylamino. acetyl-2-aminofluorenes, and 3-amino-4-piperidino- and 3-ainino-4-diethylamino.acetatuidoanisols as well as their hydrochlorides have been svnthesised, and their local anaesthetic activity tested.
