Description
Here we provide summary statistics data of splicing and gene expression QTLs (sQTLs and eQTLs, respectively) mapped in human pancreatic islets islets from 399 donors. We provide lead eQTL and sQTL associations identified at FDR 1%, all significant variant-to-gene/Junction pairs, and fine-mapped eQTLs and sQTLs.
