Distribution in Turkey. Bolu (Háva et al. 1998); Mersin (Açar 2008); Bolu, Malatya (Sikes & Venables 2013a, b); Eskişehir (Altunsoy et al. 2017).
Remarks. Widely distributed Western Palaearctic species, known from Europe to Eastern Siberia (Růžička 2015). This species prefers open habitats in southern Russia (Pushkin 2015). In Turkey, scattered records are known from one or two provinces in the Mediterranean, Eastern Anatolia and Central Anatolia Regions (Fig. 34). Here we report the first record from Ankara Province.
