Zinc(II) Complexes with 2-Aminopyridine and 4-Aminoantipyrine

As a part of a series of investigations on complexes of metals containing symmetrical non-bonding shells viz.,d⁰, d⁵ and d¹⁰, we reported earlier several zinc (II) complexes with substituted pyridines. In this communication, we report some more complexes by reacting zinc salts, ZnX₂; where X is Cl^-, Br^-, I^- $N{O}_3^{-}$ and $Cl{O}_4^{-}$ with 2-aminopyridine and 4-aminoantipyrinc.
