Anteon fyanense Olmi 1984: 435; He & Xu 2002: 163.

Description of Female. Fully winged; length 3.7–6.25 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna testaceous, except segments 7–10 or 8–10 brown; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs testaceous; in specimen from China, Zhejiang Prov., legs testaceous, except procoxae partly black, clubs of femora darkened and stalk of metafemur brown; in specimen from China, Mt. Nankunshan, legs testaceous-reddish, except metacoxa almost totally black. In large specimen (6.25 mm) from China, Hainan, Mt. Jianfengling, antenna brown, except ventral side of segment 1 testaceous; legs brown, except trochanters, stalk of pro- and mesofemur and pro- and mesocoxa yellow-whitish; metacoxa and protibia partly yellow-whitish. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 16:6:14:10:9:9:8:8:8:10. Head shiny, completely reticulate rugose; frontal line complete; face with two longitudinal keels near orbits directed towards antennal toruli; POL = 6; OL = 4; OOL = 9; OPL = 10; TL = 8; occipital carina complete. Pronotum shiny, hairy, strongly reticulate rugose, with posterior surface shorter than scutum (15:20); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula; in specimens from China, Hunan and Zhejiang Provinces, posterior surface of pronotum smooth, shiny, unsculptured, and anterior surface rugose; in specimen from China, Mt. Nankunshan, anterior surface of pronotum rugose and posterior surface punctate and unsculptured among punctures. Scutum shiny, smooth, strongly punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.65–0.70 length of scutum (0.8 in specimen from Malaysia, near Danum Valley Field Camp). Scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, slightly punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Propodeum reticulate rugose, with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; posterior surface with two complete longitudinal keels and median area rugose, except small central area smooth and unsculptured; in specimen from China, Mt. Nankunshan, median area of posterior surface almost completely shiny, smooth and unsculptured. Fore wing with one dark transverse band beneath pterostigma; distal part of stigmal vein much shorter than proximal part (8:19). Protarsal segments in following proportions: 9:4:5:13:31. Enlarged claw (Plate 27B) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Segment 5 of protarsus (Plate 27B) with basal part shorter than distal part, with two rows of about 24–43 lamellae extending continuously to distal apex. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Tianmushan, 18.VI.1983, Junhua He leg., 1♀ (ZJUC); Zhejiang, Mt. Tianmushan, 9.VI.1992, Wei Lin leg., 1♀ (ZJUC). MALAYSIA: Sabah, near Danum Valley Field Camp, 150 m, Malaise trap, 5–26.X.1987, C. van Achterberg & D. Kennedy leg. (RNHL).
