When a person commits aggression against another person, this aggression takes place on the property of another person or on the self. The rulings that have been stated so far are related to the encroachment on property. In this article, the rules which have been proved due to aggression on human soul will be stated. The aggression against the human soul is interpreted as a crime in jurisprudential terms. Literally, the meaning of crime is aggression. In this research paper we will discuss the rules of crime.
