Supplemental material to the study "A selectivity filter mutation provides insights into gating regulation of a K+ channel", published in Communications Biology.
The upload contains the raw electrophysiology data used to create figures 3f, 4a-d, 4f, and 8.
Furthermore, Molecular Dynamics simulation data of mGIRK2wt as well as mGIRK2weaver are provided. For each run, a compressed Gromacs trajectory (.xtc, dt=1ns) and the final conformation (.pdb) have been uploaded. Moreover, a .tpr file is displayed for each of the simulation systems.
