Description
Correlation between different networks should be tested. If networks are correlated, the interactions could have a similar biological function, or one of them is directly caused by the other. The correlation and interchangeability between networks can be tested using matrix correlation tests, such as multiple regression quadratic assignment procedure (MRQAP). Matrices used in the script are provided on the link https://zenodo.org/record/5065274
