Annotation: The article highlights and describes approaches to the development of artistic creativity of scientists to the development of theories of teaching and educating preschoolers in the creative abilities of preschool children. The analysis of the problem posed was carried out on the basis of considering the features for the development of the creative abilities of preschool children, through mental actions ahead of their age characteristics. In his research, the author of the article relies on the results of studies of outstanding Soviet and Russian scientists in modern society.
