BiomchBERT

BiomchBERT is a Google AI BERT model trained from scratch on MEDLINE/PubMed data and fine tuned on ~32,000 categorized biomechanical research title and abstracts. Categorization was done by volunteers over 10 years as part of the Biomch-L Literature Updates. Source code and use cases for BiomchBERT can be found at www.github.com/alcantarar/literature_update.
