Description
The scope of the 1+MG is an important aspect as it defines a framework that can subsequently become decisive for the possible operations of the initiative. Before designing this framework, it is therefore recommended to first consider the envisaged scope. The guiding principle for the following suggestions is the vision as defined on page 5 in the Declaration of Cooperation.
