ribailey/gghybrid: gghybrid R package for Bayesian hybrid index and genomic cline estimation

Release includes major updates to all functions (not including the model MCMC or likelihoods, which remain the same as previously) to improve ease of use and functionality. It also includes an extensive example code file, two versions of a sparrow SNP dataset, and code and data files for all simulations and software comparisons included in the accompanying manuscript. At the time of writing, the manuscript is in process of being uploaded to Authorea preprint server, and is awaiting peer review.
