Synthesis and Characterization of Lithium Dysprosium(lll) Periodate

Preparation of a new complex periodate of dysprosium(III) as Li₇Dy(IO₄)₂.3H₂O has been described. Structural aspects of the complex are discussed from the results or chemical analysis, paper electrophoresis, thermal, magnetic, potentiometric, lr and diffused reflectance spectral studies.
