Average Mutation Plot of SARS-CoV-2 nsp12

This script creates a plot displaying mutation frequencies along the length of the SARS-CoV-2 nsp12 gene. The input .csv file should contain averaged variant frequencies by nucleotide position, with different experimental groups noted. The script will output a .svg file with x=nucleotide position, y=variant frequency, color=experimental group.
