From rAw (unaligned) BAM files to normaliZed counts.
A Snakemake implementation of the BSF's ATAC-seq Data Processing Pipeline extended by downstream processing and unsupervised analyses steps using bash, python, and R. Reproducibility and scalability are ensured by using Snakemake, conda, and Singularity.
