Verbreitet. Bis 2100 m: Zinal-Lirec (Sulger 1948) und gegen 2150 m: Findelen bei Zermatt (Thellung 1922).

In den var. typica (Th. Wolf) (var. Gaudini [Gremli] Schinzet Keller), var. longifolia (Borbäs) Schinz et Keller und var. viridis (Neilr.) (var. virescens [Th. Wolf] Schinz et Keller).
