Segmentation models for Peyer's Patch in 3D LSFM images

The segmentation models are used to estimate the volume of T cells and B cells. Specifically the models "unet_model_B_cell_segmentation.ckpt " and  "unet_model_modified_4_3_2022_4950_state.ckpt" are used to estimate the volume of B cells and model " unet_model_T_cell_segmentation.ckpt " is used to estimate the volume of T cells.
These checkpoints are used with mmv_im2im and peyers_patch. The detailed description on how to use these models are mentioned in these respective repositories. With the help of these models, one can obtain binary maps and use these scripts to estimate the volume of B cells and T cells.
